TODD KALIS
Director, President, Treasurer
Todd is an eight-year veteran of the National Football League (NFL) having played for the Minnesota Vikings, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals (1988-1995). Todd was a fourth round draft pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 1988. He spent six years with the Vikings helping them reach the NFL playoffs four times and finish first in the NFC Central Division in 1989 and 1992.

Charlie has over 30 years of experience as a dealmaker and strategic advisor in a variety of industries, first as a lawyer, then as a venture capitalist and private equity professional, and more recently as an energy investment banker with deals and clients in oilfield services, unconventional and conventional gas, LNG, midstream gathering and pipe lines, compression and processing including fractionation, renewable methane, energy construction, nuclear services and more.

Dr. Below has over 30 years of experience as a servant to the public as a healthcare provider, and as an innovator and entrepreneur who has engaged in many initiatives and programs to help provide people greater opportunities to express more of their human potentials, thereby enhancing the personal human experience and the effects those experiences have on the surrounding world.
ROCKY BLEIER
Director
Rocky Bleier’s story – a gripping tale of courage on both the football fields of America and the battle fields of Vietnam – has held audiences in rapt attention for years. Not falling within the ideal of what a running back should look like, Bleier had to run harder and play smarter to be able to stand out. He not only made the Pittsburgh Steelers team, but also eventually became a starting running back on a team that won four Super Bowls and became the greatest football team of the 20th century.
MATT BODINE
Director
Matt has more than 19 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis in taxation. He is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), indicating a mastery of knowledge in a variety of areas of construction, including accounting, taxation, legal, human resources, information technology, insurance and bonding. Matt is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). In his role at Bodine Perry, Matt manages the firm’s Tax Department, and he is currently a partner on over 15 non-profit clients for the firm. In 2010, Matt was honored as a 40 Under 40 Honoree, which honors 40 local young professionals who have had a substantial impact in the areas of business and community service.

Merril Hoge has proven that those three, simple words can be the most powerful words in the English language. Merril’s Find-A-Way philosophy helped him achieve his dream of becoming an NFL powerhouse and would later help him fight to live as he struggled to overcome cancer, open-heart surgery, and family tragedy.
STEVEN JORDAN
Director
Steve is a native of Phoenix. He attended South Mountain H.S. where he played football and tennis.
He attended Brown University where he received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Civil Engineering. Steve received such honors as 1st Team All-Ivy, All-ECAC, and Honorable Mention All-America.
Steve was selected in the Seventh round of the 1982 draft by the Minnesota Vikings, where he played 13 years and was selected to play in six consecutive Pro Bowls.
RANDALL McDANIEL
Director
Randall McDaniel was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. The importance of education was a foundation in his life starting with a childhood that included one of his most precious records – he never missed a day of school from kindergarten through 12th grade.
The first in his family with an opportunity to attend college, Randall earned his BacheIor’s degree in PhysicaI Education from Arizona State University. At ASU, McDanieI was a four-year starter and born leader on the gridiron.
JOHN McWILLIAMS
Director
John McWilliams has over thirty years experience in marketing communications and brand development. He has developed marketing and advertising campaigns for many large companies including PNC Bank, Federated Investors and UPMC, as well as many non-profit organizations including The Salvation Army, The United Way, The Woodlands Foundation and The Extra Mile Education Foundation. For the past 5 years he has been an independent marketing and branding consultant specializing in non-profit marketing, including visual brand development, online marketing, website and social media development, and integrated marketing campaigns. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
JIM WARNE
Director
Jim is a member of the Oglala Lakota (Sioux) Nation. His mom, Beverly, grew up on Pine Ridge Reservation and is an administrator for South Dakota State University College of Nursing and his dad, Jim Sr., worked in international business finance. His brother, Don Warne, MD, is Chair of INMED at University of North Dakota. Jim earned a BS from Arizona State University, as well as an MS and a Post-Graduate Certificate from San Diego State University (SDSU).
