A sample of celebrity players already confirmed to attend this year’s event include John Banaszak, Rocky Bleier, Mike Wagner, Robin Cole, Louis Lipps, Greg Lloyd and Hall of Famers Mel Blount, Kellen Winslow, Randall McDaniel, Mike Haynes and Bobby Bell. The former players also include professional football television broadcasters Merril Hoge and Mark May.

The day’s agenda kicks off with every golfer receiving their premium gift package at check-in followed by a full service breakfast on the outdoor terrace at Allegheny Country Club. This event is a “leave your wallet at home” event, we do not sell any raffle tickets or mulligans and do not conduct any auctions at any time during the day’s events.

The golf tournament’s opening remarks and rules will begin at 10:30 am, with the carts departing for their first hole soon after. The skill prizes we offer on the course have generated a tremendous amount of attention for us over the years, especially our Par 3 Rolex hole. All the golfer has to do is land on the green for their name to be included in a drawing for a new men’s Rolex at dinner. We also offer a Range Rover sponsored by Bobby Rahal Automotive Group for one of our Holes-in-One, along with three additional $10,000 Holes-in-one. Our closest to the pin and longest putt prizes are also very impressive. Each golfer will also receive a framed team photo, taken during the round, signed by their celebrity pro football alumni captain.

We follow the golf event with our player reception/cocktail hour on the terrace where every golfer will receive a custom all-white football with both the Chevron and Pro Football Alumni logos and a Sharpie so they can gather autographs from their favorite pro football alumni. We will then proceed to the main dining room for opening remarks from Stacey Olson, President and CEO of Chevron Appalachia, followed by a brief thank you from Matt Aaron, President and CEO of Special Olympics PA, the Chevron-designated primary beneficiary of the tournament. Matt will then introduce a Special Olympics PA Ambassador Athlete to speak about what the organization means to them.

We will also continue our tradition of pulling the golfer names from a bowl throughout dinner for a unique assortment of premium gifts. This years first place team will receive a $10,000 Nemacolin Woodlands Resort golf package, second and third team prize will also be awarded along with the events skill prizes. The awards banquet will then conclude with the drawing of the Par 3 Rolex hole.
