Following the keynote speech, we will conduct a brief safety meeting prior to departing to your golf cart and first shooting station. The event will field 25 groups, each comprised of four participants who will travel along a 17-station course and shoot 100 clay targets. Nonalcoholic drinks and snacks will be provided for all the participants on the course.

As soon as each team completes the course they will need to turn in their score cards and travel back to the club house for lunch in the main grille room. Scores will be calculated and the team photos with the days pro football alumnus will be completed during the lunch break. Every member of a shooting team will also receive a commentative full size football signed to them by the days pro football alumnus.

Prior to the start of the awards presentation, Todd Kalis, President, Pro Football Alumni will offer opening remarks and then introduce Nish Vartanian, President and CEO, MSA – The Safety Company to address the group. Joe Milharcic, Executive Director of The Woodlands Foundation, will also provide an overview on the mission and goals of The Woodlands Foundation.

Trophies will then be awarded to the men’s and women’s individual high score shooters as well as the highest scoring first, second and third place teams. Following the awards presentation, prizes will be drawn that will include everything from gift certificates for golf, restaurants and retail stores as well as sports memorabilia, shotguns, hunting equipment and outdoor recreational items.
